Bob Issa is a Certified Brand Strategist and accomplished marketing and communications executive, currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer at Apex Health. Bob leads the brand strategy, corporate communications, and international marketing for a growing portfolio of hospitals and medical centers across the Middle East and Africa.
He played a pivotal role in the rebranding of Elegancia Healthcare to Apex Health, establishing its positioning as “Your Trusted Healthcare Partner.” He led the successful launch of several flagship healthcare facilities, including The View Hospital in affiliation with Cedars-Sinai and the Korean Medical Center in Qatar. His work spans public-private partnerships, academic collaborations, and high-impact patient engagement strategies.
Prior to joining Apex Health, Bob held key leadership roles at Microsoft and the Qatar Investment Authority (QIA). At QIA, he led communications for Mergers & Acquisitions and managed the reputation and image strategy of Qatar’s national food security program. At Microsoft, he was responsible for the Centralized Marketing Group across the Middle East and Africa, driving integrated campaigns and digital transformation across regional markets.
